🥔 Aloo Paratha

🧾 Ingredients
- Dough: 1 cup wheat flour, salt, water
- Filling: 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili + coriander leaves
- ½ tsp red chili, turmeric, garam masala
- ½ tsp ajwain + amchur
- Butter / Ghee for cooking
- 1 cup fresh curd (dahi)
🍳 Step-by-Step
1️⃣ Knead soft dough using flour, salt & water. Rest for 10 mins.
2️⃣ Mix mashed potatoes with onion, chili, coriander & all spices.
3️⃣ Divide dough into balls. Roll slightly, add filling, seal properly.
4️⃣ Gently roll stuffed dough into paratha (don’t press too hard).
5️⃣ Cook on medium flame on hot tawa. Flip both sides.
6️⃣ Apply butter/ghee and cook till golden brown spots appear.
7️⃣ Serve hot with chilled curd (add salt + roasted jeera if you want).
